Sleep – Babies and children from 6 weeks to 5 years – Phone/Skype Consultation




For clients beyond my local visiting area, or internationally, the remote package offers ultimate flexibility. We will schedule a time to meet, either via FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp audio, or phone, and you can be in the comfort of your own home for our meeting.

For younger babies, the support is primarily around helping you to understand your baby’s cues, ideas for settling, and unpicking whether your little one may be overtired. I will also help you to set up gentle, age appropriate sleep supports to lay the foundations for good sleep later on.

For older babies and toddlers, the consultation usually involves support with understanding tired cues, troubleshooting naps, and helping with bedtime routines, as well as supporting you with nighttime sleep.

I never use any strategy which requires you to leave your little one alone crying. All of my sleep suggestions will be evidence based, developmentally appropriate and respectful of your parenting style.

A remote consult usually lasts around 1.5 hours, and I can undertake these consultations in the daytime, or evening, and at weekends in certain circumstances.

Following your consultation, you will be emailed a comprehensive summary of our discussion. I will then be available for support for up to 8 weeks following the consultation. You will benefit from my additional support handout with case studies, scenarios, troubleshooting guides and FAQs. You may email me up to 5 times, and if you need further support I charge a nominal fee for this.
